The tanda2 platform is only available to individuals who are aged 18 years and above. Use of the platform by individuals below that age limit is strictly prohibited, and tanda2 reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found to be underage.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Tanda2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with its user verification policy.
- Accounts found to be using false information or another person's identity will be terminated immediately.

- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential.
- Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to be your own action.
- Please notify tanda2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Tanda2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Tanda2 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated mechanisms to access or operate the platform.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law.
- Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that may damage the reputation of tanda2.
- Creating multiple accounts to avoid suspension or claim duplicate bonuses.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and tanda2 reserves the right to hold the remaining account balance pending further investigation.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the tanda2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately theirs and not derived from any illegal source.
General Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time.
- Users must ensure that the bank account holder's name matches the name registered on their tanda2 account.
- Tanda2 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal.
- Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and the platform's current policies.
- Tanda2 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
All deposits received are taken as acknowledgement that the funds are legitimate and free from any dispute. tanda2 reserves the right to freeze or close any account suspected of involvement in money laundering or financial fraud.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Tanda2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Tanda2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- The user is in breach of any provision of these terms
- A request is received from a lawful authority
- The account has been inactive for the stipulated period
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the tanda2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of tanda2 and is protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. tanda2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing these links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Tanda2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
